OUR LAST ZONE CONFERENCE

This was our last Zone Conference and it was held in Katowice.
It is always a pleasure to be with these great Elders and Sisters..
.and the weather was beautiful which was an added bonus!
We took Sister Sheets with us and we had a great day!!The Katowice Zone

Elder Dahl (Europe Area Medical Advisor) and his wife
were in Katowice inspected clinics and hospitals here as well as in
Bydgoszcz, Lodz, Kielce and Krakow.
Elder and Sister McGrath showed them around Katowice
where they were able to find a great hospital and
clinic the missionaries could use here if needed.
They visited with is in Wroclaw the next day we
showed them around to find hospital and clinic if needed for the missionaries.

Elder and Sister McGrath are the new couple in Katowice.

After morning instruction from
President and Sister Nielson, it was 'Bulki Break' time.

...as well as Elder Roberts (Wroclaw),
Elder Hancock (Krakow) and Elder Marsing (Wroclaw).

Visiting with President Nielson are Elder Hinckley (Krakow),
Elder Tanner (Kielce) and Elder Ball (Wroclaw).
Elder Hinckley always takes his tie off to
avoid any unnecessary dry cleaning bills for his ties. When we were in
Lodz with him he would always turn it around to the back to avoid
such mishaps!!

After lunch, it was birthday time.....
a little 'Sto Lot' and cookies for
Elder Tribe and Sister Sheets-both serving in Wroclaw.

We received great training to judge the Katowice Zone Preach My Gospel Chase...
Elder and Sister Moon, Sister Dahl, Elder and Sister McGrath and Sister Sheets.

Elder Roberts and Elder Tribe had the help of Adam Nowak
who is serving a mini-mission with them in Wroclaw.
Elder Tribe seemed to get most of the answers correct and was first.

We had great missionaries to judge also.

When all points were added up
