We have wanted to visit the Japanese Gardens here
and one day we went. It was hard to find with
very few signs directing the way.

Nereby there was a beautiful pond with
sandy beaches for relaxing. There were many
pipes for shooting up water throughout the pond.
There were big speakers around the pond also and
we wondered if at times they did water shows to music
much like the Bilagio in LV.

Nearby there was an area with water shooting up through
the holes in the cement and many were
enjoying that water, also. Like in SLC.

Another view of the pond.

In the gardens by a lovely bush.

Elder Moon by a cement Japanese lantern.

Bridge across the river.
The park flooded a few years ago and the water was
over the walkway of the bridge. Many plants
were damaged orost because of the flood.

Can you see the huge goldfish in the pond?

Another fish wanting to pose for a picture, also.

This is very lovely.

The Gardens was created in 1913.

Elder Moon by a cascade.

These were at the entrance and provided a nice
front for a picture. (not a backdrop but a front...)

Another bridge over the river by the gardens.

Going about half way around the pond
and by the Japanese Gardens
was this lovely arbor to walk under. It was cool and
most pleasant.

In Szczytnicki Park (a nearby park)
the oldest park in Wroclaw was this wooden church.
It is St. John of Nepomuk's Church, was built in the
17th century and was moved here from Opole.
