CHILDREN'S DAY AT PRZEDSKOLA

1. One morning we heard voices over a loud speaker

system and there were children voices

singing back and answering in shouts and laughter.

We wondered from where it was coming.

We looked out our window and saw that the

school yard by our apartment was decorated with

bright colored flags and on the patio area there

were children doing dancing and singing and

activities with a man directing and talking to them

on the loud speaker.

We had to get a closer look!!

Another group on the playground was separated in

a area by string with flags on it. They were doing some

painting and rally enjoying it.

Another group had more games to play.

Here they are doing a potato sack "race".

I liked the "potato sacks" made with bright

colors and had handles on the top edge to hold onto.

As usual with all children those waiting were doing

their own activity!!

When they finished the sack race they tried to make

a basket. Not many made it but when one did

there were great cheers from the teachers.

Here is another group (younger) coming from

the school for some other activity.

In the back of the school was another patio

where lunch was being prepared.

On the left is a grill where kielbasa was being grilled.

We weren't invited for the games and we didn't

stay for lunch.

By two o'clock in the afternoon everything was all

cleaned up with NO signs of having any activity.

We found later that

June 1 is

CHILDREN'S DAY.

A fun day for school.
