WALBRZYCH

We took Elder Sheridan and Elder Vreeken

to Walbrzych in January to visit the members there.

A branch was there and was closed about five years ago.

Some of the members had not had contact with

the church since then. It is about an hour and a

half travel by car and longer by bus.

We contacted all nine families or members in one

way or another including leaving messages at the

door of two of them.

Most would like to have the branch or some services

once again in their city.

We were by the town square about lunch time so we

stopped at a pizza shop for lunch.

Since we were on a mission assignment we did not take pictures

of the sites but I did here as we went to lunch.

As usual I am amazed at the beauty of the
buildings and area on the ryneks!

Jadwiga is one of the members and she really

wants the meetings to continue here.

We had a very spiritual meeting with her today.

We will return.
