OLD TOWN SQUARE

We found a square in the north part of town

on property where part of the Ghetto was

with the Old Town Square.

It is a nice area but a bit run

down now. The area in front of these cars

is a big cement square on the corner of the block.

The buildings here are very nice.

There are stores, restaurants and offices

including one with memorabilia from

the ghetto.

On the block behind the cars was a lovely park.

The statue is of Moses holding a stone of

the Ten Commandments.

The pond and area was nice. A quiet spot at
a busy, crowded intersection and noisy with cars,
buses and trams passing by.
