ZONE CONFERENCE IN BYDGOSZCZ

We traveled the 3 1/2 hours to Bydgoszcz on this train.
The train was scheduled to leave Lodz at 6 am
but we were a little late leaving. We arrived in Bydgoszcz about 9:45.
It was very comfortable and warm.
Snow around the train station.
I'm glad we were going by train and not by car!!

Elder Moon, Elder Darowski and Elder Mehner
in our little compartment ready for travel!!

Elder Turley and Elder Hinckley snuggled in early
for the ride to Bydgoszcz.

The train station in Bydgoszcs. They had snow, also!

We walked the several blocks to the church from the train
station. This was a pretty building we passed.

Finding our way!! Elder Mehner (who knew the way),
Elder Hinckley (who carried the cake) , Elder Turley,
Elder Darowski (both who watched out for us) and
Elder Moon.

A street in Bydgoszcz.

Elders standing in the middle of the street for a
picture. You take pictures wherever it is
and you can get a good view.

An old church was a perfect backdrop for the true Elders!

This church was built between 1582 and 1602 on the
site of a wooden chapel of the Holy Ghost. It was completely
renovated in 1878 to 1892 and again in 1992 to 1993.
Every day at 9am, noon, 3pm, and 6pm) the
Bydgoszcz bugla call is played.

The next picture is of the same church from a different view and
showing the clock tower.

Aren't the buildings an architectural sight?

More great architecture!!

Another old church. This was a very pretty and small church.
I think it was to Mary.

This is a full picture of the front of the Church (A home used for a church).
Pretty building.
