This church in Tum is regarded as the
biggest and best preserved Romanesque
collegiate church in Poland.

Is it build of granite and sandstone.
The main entrance is made of sandstone.


This is a plaque in the entry way.

On this piece of marble are events probably about
the building and re-building of the church over the
years. The first date there is 969.
The last date not seen here was in the 1900's.

This also is inside the entry way and the door
entrance to the church is to the left of these
pillars. This water container has the
words anno domini 983 scratched in the
curvature. No running water into it.

Elder Moon

Tower from outside the fence. The inside arch
in the lower center is the entrance into the church
and is made of sandstone.
The archway on the lower right is the entrance of
the fence into the grounds.
This was built in the early 12th century
and is dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary
and St. Aleksy.
